low pressure, tank not filling to cut-off pressure-hole in pipe?

guys and gals, are there any SURE signs you have a hole in a buried pipe(pvc) from your pump to your tank and how do you find it?

Determining and find it are two separate things. You determine it with a pressure test. You find it with a shovel.
