Low flow pressure tub (what tub cartridge is this)

This is a long shot but i drew a crappy drawing and im trying to find out what cartridge this is. I believe it might be a Delta. The key to identifying the cart is the hot water limit adjustment.

I have a lady complaining it takes to long to fill tub. It does seem a bit slow. This is a new install, and the old tub had good pressure. Do these new rough ins limit your flow. I know 100 percent the problem is in the cartridge, They have such small holes to allow flow through. With test cap on it blasted out of the spout

If that is REALLY the way the cartridge looks then it is NOT a Delta. But it also does not look like anything else. We would need an actual picture.
