Look at this mess

I went out to give a guy an estimate for a new 75 gallon heater in the garage.
He told me it was plumbed in parrallel with another 75.... I looked at this mess
and told him this was a cluster/uck and would have to be replumbed to work properly..

I can count about 8 things wrong

There are multiple deficiencies in what we see in the picture. Any plumber who takes this job will have to re-do just about everything:
- cold water supply with shut off valves
- gas supply line with shut off valves
- hot water out
- flex connectors, if required
- T&P valves with appropriate drains (2 of them) to the outside
- vents, installed correctly
- wall straps, if required.
- stands, needed for garage water heaters.
