I have a 7 foot deep window well that has filled with water during monsoon season & drained into my bedroom ruining carpet & furniture. I recently paid a plumber to put in a sump pump , regravel well & seal seams on sides where well meets the house. First big rain we had the water poured into well from side seams. Thankfully the pump worked . I called plumber & he said there is nothing he can do. Says ground needs graded away from well. That isn't an option. I cannot do that. Is there an adhesive or caulk that would seal sides ? I need something. I paid 1800$ & thought window was fixed. Thanks for any help.
