Our boiler feeds a Watts radiant manifold. There are two parallel, horizontal, supply and return manifold pipes. The lower pipe has seven supply connections with flow indicators; the upper pipe has seven return magnet valves. Bridging these horizontal supply and return manifold pipes is a vertical Watts bypass valve. The valve can be adjusted by turning a black knob with respect to a white band with numbers zero thru 7. The knob appears to be retained by a single screw on the knob end. After eight years of operation, the bypass valve now leaks some water from under the black knob when opened half way or more. If you've had experience with these valves, I'd appreciate your advice. Is there a packing to tighten or an O ring to replace? Can I repair this device or will it have to be replaced? Thanks, Fred
