Nice. That is an interesting adapter. Comparing with Unifit, you don't have to drill the 4 extra holes through the tile, and the toilet is held in a more centered place.

Do I have this right-- C is a through hole. Inside A there is a nut. And as you tighten the bolt, the plastic pivots on B toward C. Is there more to it?

The 10 and 14 inch adapters are going to have the bolt attachment part rather different. I wonder if those assemblies still just hold to the floor by the closet bolts.

Bolt passes through C, and then into the nut at A, Right.
The hardware is the same for all three, they just change the plastic adapter.

On the 12 inch rough, the metal hardware is held in place by the closet bolts, and the side bolts are pretty much lined up 12 inches from the wall. On 10- and 14-inch installs, the side bolts are still going to be about 12 inches from the wall.

  • Installation
  • Standard 12-inch rough-in.
  • 10-inch and 14-inch rough-in kits are also available.

Ahh... I see. The metal brackets attach to the plastic with separate bolts rather than sharing the closet bolts. Nice design.
