I'm looking for DIY advice from an experienced plumber on my home.

My kitchen sink drain seems to be laid out fairly inefficiently, but I don't know the best way of improving it.

The right side of the sink has a very slow drain, due to the immediate sharp 90 degree elbow.

The ptrap looks deep for the minimal overall drop from sink to drain.

The drain pipes are considerably smaller than the drain pipe coming from the wall.

Also, the water source is TEE'd off to another place (dish washer, fridge, another sink, a new pipe?)

I'm modifying this to install my first garbage disposal (right side), and local plumbing companies were wanting outrageous prices ($400+) for this small job.

Here is a photo of the current situation:

The drop between the wall drain and bottom of sink is 4". I'm ok with cutting the wall and dropping the drain down, if necessary.

Thank you all!!
