ADA compliant requires four things:
- seat height
- elongated
- open front seat
- flush lever on the 'open' side of the room it is installed in.

Since not every tank is made in either left or right-hand, depending on where the toilet is installed, it might be ADA compliant, but change the room layout, and the same toilet won't qualify. SO, as a result, it is not listed as being ADA compliant. If you do choose one listed as ADA compliant, make sure you order it with the flush lever on the proper side, or you've failed the ADA requirement. Or, if your room layout will work, just worry about the other three requirements.
