Short answer, no. There are companies that can paint them in place with an epoxy, the quality and longevity varies widely. For the cost, it's often a wash to replace. Liners can work, but they have their own problems - again, quality and costs vary widely. If the existing one is CI, and you are really fond of the size and shape, there are places that can refinish it in a shop to like new condition, but it's expensive.

This is awkward, but...
