Is replacing a deck mounted tub spout easy?

I posted a similar question here last week I think, but that was before I found a deck mounted spout with threads where the water comes out. Can I easily replace the existing deck mounted spout with the one I found?

Without knowing the makes and models of both the existing spout and the new one, it would be hard to tell.. Most spouts are make and model specific

I will have to check the existing spout to see if it's the same brand as the one I found online.
