Installing a 2" drain on the sink to a 1" house connection

is there anyway to make sink work that has a 2" pipe and connect it to the 1" in the house?

If you mean "can you reduce the size of the output from 2" to 1" going from the sink's trap into the building plumbing", the answer is no. Code dictates that you may feed into a larger size going downstream, but not smaller. Out of curiosity, where do you have a 1" drain in your home?

If this is a drain connection, I have never heard of, or seen, a 1" one.
