i'VE JUST REMOVED TWO TOILETS IN MY HOUSE AND I NEED TO REPLACE THE CLOSET FLANGE FOR BOTH. HERE'S MY PROBLEM...THE WASTE LINE IS MADE OF LEAD. IT STICKS UP ABOUT 1/2" OUT OF THE FLOOR. WHAT KIND OF CLOSET FLANGE CAN I USE AND HOW DO I CONNECT IT TO THE LEAD WASTE LINE?

You can bend the lead over a flange and screw the flange to the floor.
There are several flanges that would work with that.

    flange

Get a brass flange and solder the lead to the flange.
