Increase flush cadet pro toilet

Customer wants a bigger flush. Picture is what she has. Yes the tube is in the flush valve. Fill level is maxed. But flapper falls to fast leaving tank 1/2 full. We pay a set price for water here. What can I do to make flapper stay up longer

I put a piece of tape over the hole in the side of the "ball" so it floats until all the water is gone.

FWIW, making the toilet use more water may not make it flush any better...some of them are just dogs, and more water doesn't help. Modern toilets normally do not empty the tank like the older ones...they use the water height to give it a bit more push when you flush.

And holding the handle down is just too much work?

Reach4 is right. The new 3" flappers are now adjustable.
