Identify Bathroom Faucet

I have a leaking bathroom faucet and have to open it to fix the cartridge. The issue is I cannot find the make to get the instruction to open it up. There is no screw to open the faucet body.

Any inputs on identification or how to open the faucet body will be appreciated.
