I'd love to finish the 'back side' of the walls adjacent to our basement boiler room. The 'front side' of the walls have drywall and are facing the adjacent rooms (laundry room, bathroom, etc).

In and ideal world, the wall convering would be something I can unscrew later if I need to access the wires and plumbing inside the walls.

Any ideas on any product I can screw up that is a decent fire retardent?

Thanks,
Steve
