My 370 feet well was install with kind of plastic (PVC) pipes and accidentally, pipe broken and the vertical motor-pump set drop of under the well: The well now become short and did not get enough water during summer season. Any ideal, equipment, or company can help to pick up the pump set under the well?

Fishing for a dropped pump is not easy or cheap. Find a pump installer with a down-hole camera and some fishing tools. Next time use some better pipe. There is nothing wrong with PVC as long as it is sch 80 or sch 120. Never put sch 4o or lesser pipe in a well.

A couple of choices
1) a spear or grapple that can grab the wire
2) an overshot that will drop over the pipe and grab it below a coupling
3) an overshot that will screw into a coupling

A camera will show you exactly what you have looking up and give you the best information on how to get your "fish"
