What is the proper way to flush a Toto Ultimate toilet? My DH says that someone is flushing wrong and the toilet is becoming airbound.

Not sure what he means...
Push the flush handle down fully, then release. No need to hold it. If you do hold it, it will use more than the 1.6 gallons.
