How does this come apart

Can anyone help with this. I have attached a picture. Need to replace the Cartridges and cannot figure out how to get the handles off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I believe the brand is American Standard, it states that on the drain tailpiece.

That round button should either pop off or unscrew, probably unscrews, and the handle screw is under it.
