How bad are Sterling Windham (by Kohler) toilets?

When we built our house a little over a year ago, the builder used all Sterling toilets. Unfortunately they did not offer Toto toilets as an option. My thinking at the time was to use the standard toilets until we have a problem and then replace them. So far our Sterling Windham RF has not been horrible but we do need to keep a plunger close by.

I am just curious if anyone else has had experiences with the Sterling line of toilets. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Builder grade.
I wind up replacing them with TOTO.
The TOTO Drake is an upgrade in price, and in performance.
It's hard for a builder to upgrade beyond what his competition is doing and stay in business.
