Horizontal Combination Tee-Wye?

Hello,
I know that a sanitary tee is not allowed in the "horizontal" position (i.e. on it's back such that flow dropping vertically into sanitary tee and said fitting turning the flow horizontally).

But is a comb tee-wye allowed in the horizontal position? (http://www.nibco.com/Fittings/Plast...Radius-Combination-Tee-Wye-H-x-H-x-H-PVC-DWV/)

All experienced advice appreciated.

A combo is the same as a wye and 45, of which is what should be used on the horizontal.
