Hello, I have a navien nr-240a tanks less installed about 2 years ago.
I'm looking at installing a home automation system and would like to know if there are any systems that can control the navien. I want to be able to control the recuirc pump from both from motion sensors and timer controls. I will even go the diy route if possible. Does anyone know any forums, sites etc that could help me accomplish this? Open source, Arduino etc. Any wireless out there?
Current thermostat is very basic and doesn't allow adaptability I would like.
Does anyone know if current system is analog, digital, ac over dc carrier?
It only has a two wire so it must power and carry signal on same circuit.
Sorry if this sounds like a weird request but I'm confused as to why navien doesn't provide something like this as there is so many going to home automation(wireless, ipad control etc).
Thank you for any assistance.
