High Chloride/Sodium/TDS Levels?

Thanks for all the details.... I'll get those measurements. I just bought this house a little over a month ago and I would like to fix it right because we plan on staying here for the long haul but in the meantime money is a tight. I imagine this project will get more costly once cold weather hits so I may need to do this sooner then later. Is there any temporary fixes? Could I sleeve the outside of the pipe with PVC to keep the bulk of runoff out? JB weld the missing chunk?

Going back to high TDS, none of the things mentioned would explain the high levels correct?
