This is the reason I use ADP to do my payroll
and pay my all taxes for me...

instead of a mom and pop operation....


I Just heard about this story from a detective freind of
mine that deals with frauds .....

It looks like a book-keeping business on my side of town
was just shut down by the FEDS....and they got a warrant out for the owners arrest...

It was shut down for not paying the withholding taxes and other taxes for all its customers over the last 18 months......

The 62 year old bookkeeper got away with it by just claiming to all his custtomers that it was a paper mistake and he was already investigateing the problem...

they all came to him with notices from the state, IRS ect....and he gave them all the same pat answer....

eventually the jig was up and he flew the coop with
a good chunck of their change.....

anyway, the IRS shows no mercy or understanding about this and still expects their money from all this felows customers....OUCHEY....

I was also told that this fellow had a mid-sized plumber as one of his clients too

they know he is still in town hanging out with a couple of girsl (---strippers---)...they just cant figure out which one...

but once the money runs out they figure one of them will turn him to collect the reward.....LOL

anyway....

that is something I would not wish on my worst enemy

That hurts as bad as biting the inside of your mouth. One thing is for sure....IRS is not the people you want as your shadow. You can be the best plumber in town and have oodles of work.....but if you don't pay your taxes.....count that as a divorce from hell that never stops asking for money.

You'd be better off selling body parts to India. I actually have started to do that but not for reason of taxes.

I found out more information on how this
fellow was able to scam about 40 clients
into handing him over the money that was supposed to
go to the IRS....

theyhad all signed POWER OF ATTOURNEY to their
" buddy-- best freind" their accountant

so basically most of these peopel had not the first clue
that anything was wrong becasue all the notices from the IRS
were going directly to "their buddy" for him to shred...


then one day the IRS was knocking on all their doors....



therefore .....

.NEVER sign a power of attorney over to anyone....


the strippers that he is shacking up with have not
turned him in yet...

Just caught the fellow

Just a little update....

they caught this guy last week early on a Sunday morning
trying to make a quick dash into his old office for his mail...


he said to the cops ....I guess you have been looking fo rme.....
they found a list of about 20 strippers he was
hanging out with in his car......


of course the money is gone, gone , gone...
