Two bowl sink with left drain closer to the front of the bowl than the drain on the right sink. This changes the angle of the plumbing pieces and now I can't get the p trap to line up with the drain in the wall like it used to.

The pictures show the way I tried to lay the plumbing out with two different p traps.

I need help!

We cut the pipes where needed. A hacksaw does that, or almost any saw.
You would find it easier if you aimed the trap for the basket on the right, and used a tee on the vertical to pick up the bowl on the left.
