First-time poster - great resource, thank you.
I wonder if I could solicit help to identify this Garden Tub fixture which is maybe 25 yrs old?
I believe it is Delta but not sure what series
(all other fixtures are Delta, they appear to be Delta Cartidges and I used Delta seals to repair it previously)
First obstacle is in remove the spout - after unscrewing the collar, (which in first pic below has been slipped up to the end of the spout) there is a set-screw, which I've removed but spout does not want to move - I believe it's probably just the hard-water deposits are what is keeping it in right now - I have sprayed with a penetrating fluid, will see how that goes after a while - and maybe try some heat.
The goal is to replace the trim kit with something new, ideally chrome.
It will take some serious work to replace the rough-in valve assembly, so if a replacement trim set can be found to work with what is there, it would certainly make life easy!
I'd like to know if a T27** series of spout from Delta will work with this type of rough?
Clearly, this one has an 'internal' fit with a separate screw-on collar.
The T27** is screw on (or maybe just push-on? - have not actually seen/used that) externally on the rough - even if thread is same, don't know that there would be any type of seal?
It's maybe not immediately obvious from pics, but the spout is actually offset back from a line between the faucets, which I believe suggests that the rough-in valve is flexible? (there is actually 9-1/2" between the faucet centers)
I believe the handles should be simple enough, it looks like T65 would fit; but finding the spout might be more challenging, unless there is way to make the T27** work.
Assistance/suggestions greatly appreciated.
