Help identifying this faucet handle brand/model

We have a leaky bathtub faucet, and are having a difficult time opening up this handle. If anyone knows which brand and model this is, we would really appreciate it. Thank you.

It is probably Price Pfister Euro style handles, and the gold cap unscrews, but since it has a rubber gasket under it, you will have to use pliers to get it started. As for the model, is it probably their first "washerless" model, which ironically DOES have washer, just not a conventional one. If this is true, then call 1-800-PFAUCET and they will replace the defective stems, since they are what goes bad, not the "washers".
