You need to shut the water off and take it apart. Remove the cartridge. There could be a pressure balance unit in there too.

Lay the cartridge next to a ruler and take an in focus picture showing the cartridge and the length.

Take in focus pictures of both ends of the cartridge.

If there is a separate pressure balance unit, take a picture of that too .
