Help Identifying my shower valve.

Hi all.
I'm new to the site so firstly hello! Thanks for your help and for reading

So I need a new shower valve trim kit but am not sure of the make of valve to be able to make my purchase. Thanks in advance.

I have this same one and the same problem!! I am trying to find new pieces to fit it. No one seems to recognize it or know who made it?what brand it is.

The wall is already open. Now is the time to install either pressure or temperature balance shower valve with integral stops then set it to 120 DEG F

I like Delta multi choice so in the future you can always change the trim and isolate the shower without having to shut off the main or lose the supply to other fixtures
