The wainscot we had installed in the bathroom is 3/4" thick and does not fit the 10" rough for the Toto Carolina toilet we have. Our flooring is done so we're trying not to have to break it up to change the rough-in length. Are there any toilets that will fit LESS THAN 10" rough or a suggested work-around for this? Thanks so much. Hope there's a fix.

I don't know of any toilets with a smaller than 10" rough-in (unless you consider some wall-hung versions). Most toilets have some space behind them, but 3/4" is pushing it. You may be able to have an off-set flange installed without tearing up much. Just what is the current dimension from the finished wall to the center of the flange? How close is it? You can fudge the placement of the toilet a little bit by not centering it perfectly over the flange.
