I bought this sink and faucet from someone on craigslist. I was going to put it in a cabin. I bought it because I have been having trouble finding a cheap small kitchen sink...so when it came up, I jumped on it.

Franke Arc Faucet, model #FF-700 (retail $425)

Franke Cisterna Fireclay Undermount Kitchen Sink 15In, White
model CCK110-15WH (retail $600)

Is this stuff really this expensive and this high quality? I'm thinking that it's too good for a cabin now. lPlus....it's going to be a little harder to install because the sink is undermount.
Also, are parts available for this monster of a faucet?

I'm wondering about how the valve works....if I will be able to turn on the cold water without the hot being drawn too, because I will be on a propane tankless heater and don't want the heater kicking in when I do not need it.
