The faucet of our tub is leaking. I have tried replacing the O-rings on both the Symmons valve and the cap as they were worn. The piston in the valve moves freely, and the cold/hot water balance is still working fine. Wondering if the next steps are to replace the valve or TA-4-RP, but both come with a higher price tag. Any advice on the next diagnostic step? Many thanks!

I already rebuilt the spindle with the TA-9 kit, and replaced all the o-rings and washers in the cap. Any ideas on what to do next? Thank you!
