Faucet parts ID, Need help do not want to cut out 50 year old tile wall

Trying to keep bath room in older house original. Show/tub size 11"faucet needs new stems, handles and trim. We have had plumbers, supply house in local area to ID parts with no luck. IMG_0739.jpgIMG_0742.jpgIMG_0743.jpgIMG_0732.jpgIMG_0733.jpg

OFten, a picture of the actual install with the handles can help. But, while sometimes you get lucky, parts for 50-year old stuff just is no longer available, and sometimes, the manufacturer is long gone and forgotten. Sometimes, you get lucky.

Royal Brass should have eithe a square or 16 point broach, yours looks like 12 point. My Kissler catalog shows the 22-0816 as too long and with a square broach.
