Faucet Identification Request

Can anyone identify brand & model of this faucet? No markings on the hardware anywhere. Installed in 2003 by previous homeowner. Need new valve stems.

It helps to narrow down the possibilities if you can count the splines on the broach. The broach is where the handle attaches to the stem. You can count either the groves or the ridges. It also helps if you lay the stem next to a ruler and take an undistorted picture so we can determine the length, width etc .
