Faucet Handle Identification HELP!

Hi All,
I need some help me dentifying the brand of an acrylic faucet handle. I've changed lots of handles but this is a new one on me.
Inside/underneath the acrylic handle is a grooved metal insert. The insert for the valve broach is formed in the metal piece not the acrylic. Here's a couple of pics. Any help would be appreciated.
The acrylic part is 1-3/4" tall. The chrome hot and cold button is 1-5/16" O.D.

Probably American Standard. There are others with a similar handle but they would be the more popular one.

Thanks. I'm leaning hat way myself. I've looked through a few catalogues and am pretty sure I've matched the handle but no one mentions anything about he insert.

It usually comes with the handle ,or the handle may have been revised so it does not use the insert.
