EZ-Flo, UPC shower valve cartridge

HELP!! We are trying to find a replacement shower valve cartridge, but the only markings for a brand on it are the letters "UPC" and "SA". We searched all over the internet and visited Home Depot as well as ******* (one of these stores is where we originally purchased it a few years ago). Can someone please help get us in the right direction??

That gasket configuration is very unique, but the bad news is that it does not conform to ANY common valve. UPC and CSA are just two "certification" agencies which approve plumbing materials and certify that they are "code approved". All of our materials are certified by those two agencies, but they have NOTHING to do with who made them.
