    Merry Christmas everyone!
We had people show up from Brooklyn, South California, the Washington Coast, and the Seattle area. About thirty of us.

And so nice to share Christmas with this family too. My "other" family.

As Christopher Hithchens would say: A good old Norse booze-up, and why not? I like a solstice as much as the next guy.

That's great! I hope you have been enjoying the weather while you have been up here.
How did the new toilet install go? I was going to call and ask.

The install went fine, other than the old toilet was lag screwed to the floor without any flange -- easily fixed. Thanks for the help and +1 vote for the Drake.

The weather was awesome. Foggy and damp, but basically no rain and above freezing for a week. My 4 1/2 year old got to play in real mud. Makes me want to move back
