Electric went off and on, now no water

There was a problem with the electric today and now that it is back on the water won't turn on. I flipped all fuses connected to the water pump/water heater but no luck. Any idea on how to fix this?

Is there a lever on your pressure switch? If so flip it and hold it until you have pressure in your tank. Then release it and all should be fine.
