How bad is this? Will this be able to "pass thru"?

Is there any way to retrieve this??

Real bad.
Probably not
Someone with the right equipment can retrieve it or push it through.

If you could post a few pics maybe something can be done. Is it visible at all? Is this the sewer outside of the house and is there a house trap?

Good questions by Caduceus there. There's a lot we don't know. It could be less of a problem if you're on a municipal sewer system. If I were on a septic tank I'd probably spend a goodly amount of time and imagination trying to fish that sucker out. If it's not right there and you are on a city system, I'd turn on everything in the house including the washing machine, let it run for a minute or two, then have some friends over and have them flush every toilet in the house repeatedly. Let the city have it. If that don't work, get some better advice. Worth a shot. Cheap fix if it works.
