Hola! During attempt to create a driveway french drain I discovered what looks to be a broken concrete p trap. I smell very faint sewer. The p trap is full of silt.

I assume I need to create a new 3 inch pvc p trap and tie into concrete line. Correct? That assumes I can clean it out naturally.

Great, saw one at HD. Do I need a p trap? This drain hits another drain then into street/sewer.
Thank you!

As long as it not connected to the sanitary sewer system it does not need a trap as the intercepter serves as trap. And without seeing the physical conditions I cannot tell you.
