Pros,

I'm in the process of remodeling a guest bathroom and will be moving the toilet to the other side of the room and installing a tub in the old toilet location. Unfortunately I'm drawing a blank on a good way to do the DWV lines.

In the first picture below, the lavatory drain is on the left and the vent runs through the roof. The second picture is the lower section of the stack in the first picture. In the second picture you can see the old waste arm capped.

Can the tub connect to the toilet arm before it connects into the vertical tee? I'm trying to avoid tearing into the cast iron if I don't have to.

Thanks for any suggestions, much appreciated.

Is this the the only floor with fixtures piped to the stack?
The shower branch can wye into the toilet line, but will require a vent riser to be installed between the shower trap and that wye into the toilet line.

There is no plumbing above this vent, just direct through the roof. For the vent from the shower branch, can I wet vent it under the lav or does it need to go in above? It would be a lot easier for me to tie it in to the lav side instead of the stack itself.

Thanks for the help!

It looks like you have enough room to cut in another sanitary tee below the one for the lav. Connecting the shower drain there would be vertically wet venting through the lav.
