Is there a noticeable difference in the flushing performance when comparing the Drake II, Supreme II and Ultramax II? I'd also appreciate it if someone would post photos of the inside of the tank. Thanks!

All very similar. A tw0-piece toilet puts the tank slightly higher, and that can give a slight advantage in the flush.

The bowls on those are similar. The tank sits a little higher on the two-piece Drake, so it has a slight flushing edge.
I sell plenty of both, it's not a worry. With these, I would just pick a style you like.

The Supreme, Ultramax have a similar tank to this.
