Did I create another code violation? Put used refrigerator in enclosed back porch. Ran cable to the outlet.

Ran a dedicated 20?-amp cable from garage sub panel to the wall outlet.
Terminated the original 15-amp cable to the duplex wall outlet with wire nuts inside the outlet box.
Wrong?
