My plumber installed 4 of the Delta H2Okinetic body sprays. We used those because I have only 1/2" supply lines to the bathroom. The output spray is barely adequate. When I turn on the four sprays the water press drops from 70 psi to 63 psi. Would a 3/4"line to the shower make any difference?

At 80 PSI you would be getting 1.6 gallons per head, for a total of 6.4 gallons a minute.
63 PSI is still pretty good. I don't think the body sprays are supposed to be hitting you that hard. It takes more that 1.6 +/- to feel like it's beating on you.

Is the pressure gauge near the shower heads?
