Delta RP46074 leak after replacement

I have a leak, several ounces every 1.5 minutes from shower faucet. Replaced old delta RP46074 series 14.
But it is still doing the same thing. help appreciated from anyone. Leak is not constant, comes in steady frequency though

Did you replace your old cartridge with OE Delta part or after market part?

Delta part... However I took it apart and cleaned the brass fitting in the wall and that did the trick. Must have been some debris

Did you replace the two rubber "seals", because the brass piece in the wall has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with a faucet leak or preventing one?
