Ive made my pan liner and want to double check my curb height before I clamp it ti the drain. I feel im good but a second look wont hurt.
Im 3.5 inches above the drain at the bottom and 1.75 above from the back most wall which is the highest. This is a linear drain with the curb at a right angle to it.
The UPC says
Where a shower
receptor has a finished dam, curb, or threshold it shall be not
less than 1 inch (25.4 mm) lower than the sides and back of
such receptor. In no case shall a dam or threshold be less than
2 inches (51 mm) or exceeding 9 inches (229 mm) in depth
where measured from the top of the dam or threshold to the
top of the drain.
I think it says you need a curb >2 inches above the drain and >1 inch above the highest point of the floor, but The first sentence makes me confused.
