Crane Tub Spout

I've got an old Crane tub faucet and the shower diverter is shot and I can't find anything to replace it with.

I'm probably going to send the faucet I have off and have a new one machined but it's going to take a while so I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone knows of something that might serve as a replacement.

Circumference of the threaded part is 4 inches. The spout itself is about 5 1/2.

Unscrew that part from the wall and attach a new spout to the 1/2" pipe thread sticking out of the wall.
