Has anyone changed the o ring in a push on tub spout. Which holds on the copper with a set screw. I may be going back to a job to fix this. Is it possible to get a damaged one out and a new one in

I"ve had some slip on spouts leak where it threads onto the end. I was able to spin it out, tape and reinstall.

I don't bother buying this type anymore. This was a Grohe tub spout, but I have also seen this type in the big box stores under a generic brand.
