Copper Pipe Mounted to Stucco?

    Is it ok to mount copper pipe to stucco, as exampled in the picture below?

    That would be fine in California.
    It doesn't freeze where you are and stucco won't cause a problem.

    I am not to sure I like the exposed PVC pipe. At minimum, I would slap a coat of paint on it to keep the UV rays off of it.

    ...and don't use an oil-based paint.
