Copper DWV catalogue

Where can I get a copper DWV catalogue that shows dimensions of all fittings, up to at least the 4 inch size?

There is no standard in fitting sizes, all manufacturers are slightly different. The only thing that is the common is the size of the pipe. Same goes for PVC and CI.

I was looking for something with dimensions, such as what is at http://www.nibco.com/Literature/# under copercat.pdf, but for larger sizes up to 4 inch.
