converting iron well pump into kitchen faucet?

is it possible to convert a cast iron well pump into a working kitchen faucet that get hot and cold water? if yes, what would you need in order to accomplish that?

Yes, if it's an electric pump it can piped into the house! However it will be a somewhat complicated project for a DIY'er to do. A vocational school that teaches plumbing or a very friendly plumber may be able to assist you in the design. However keep in mind most states require this installation to be done (or signed off on) by a licensed plumber.

I think he wants a pitcher pump bolted on the counter top with a valve set sending water into it. Could use a roman tub deck mount faucet and run a tube into the spout. dont think he needs any license to do that.
